Yes—outline what you need when you reach out. Many salons start with the workshop, then add a shorter one-on-one audit for senior stylists. I’ll quote the combined scope upfront.
Do you travel outside Victoria?
I travel across VIC and NSW regularly. For other states I’ll coordinate travel recovery or run the initial audit remotely before planning an on-site visit.
What if I just need a quick pointer?
Send us a note via the contact page with your current kit and question. If we can answer it in an email, it’s on the house. We’ll suggest the audit only when we know the extra legwork will pay off.
