Some makers give their own warranty. Its terms vary by brand. A maker’s warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; it does not replace them.

To ask about a warranty or a fault, email hello@japanscissors.com.au with your order number, the SKU, a description and clear photos or a short video. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Your order confirmation email is your tax invoice; keep it.
