At that tooth count the teeth sit close together, so it lifts weight out in small even bites and softens layer lines without leaving chunks. A stated 20-25% rate on dry hair (25-30% wet) keeps it in everyday blending territory across most hair types. It runs SUS440C steel on a 6.0” frame with a 3D offset handle.

“Buy it for the finish if you like, but the tool underneath is a straightforward 30-tooth blender, and that is its job: gradual, controlled weight removal at 20-25% dry, the right rate for softening layer lines and adding movement on fine to medium hair without over-thinning. The slightly higher wet rate is worth keeping in mind so you do not take too much on damp sections. The 30 closely-set teeth release hair cleanly rather than snagging, and the SUS440C holds its edge well for the price. The honest limitation is the one every fine blender shares: it is slow if you need to strip serious bulk out of thick, dense hair, where a coarser-tooth texturiser is the quicker tool, and the scale finish is cosmetic, not a performance feature. As a controllable everyday blending thinner with a bit of personality, it does the job well.”
