The Juntetsu VG10 Offset Master Set is the three-piece configuration: two convex-edge cutting scissors, in lengths you choose, matched to a 6.0” thinner with 30 V-form teeth — all in Japanese VG10 at 60-62HRC. Two cutting lengths let you keep a short blade for detail and a longer one for scissor-over-comb, with one blender covering the texture work.

I’d pair a shorter cutter for detail with a 6.0” or 7.0” for scissor-over-comb, and let the 6.0” 30-tooth thinner do the blending. Be clear on two things. That thinner is a blending tooth: it lifts a moderate, even ratio for softening weight lines and chasing graduation, so a dense, coarse head needing real debulking will still want a wide-tooth texturiser alongside it.
